At By Kelly And Kate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Returns must include a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards or downloadable digital products
Health and hygiene items (e.g., earrings, body piercing jewelry, etc.)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@bykellyandkate.com . Please include your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
Shipping the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-4 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: While we offer free shipping on many items, when an item is returned, the actual shipping cost that was incurred to send the order is not refunded and will be deducted from the refund.
Returned items that do not meet the return criteria or do not have an assigned Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted.
Items returned that were purchased on sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Returns of merchandise purchased with a gift card or with a combination of a gift card and another method of payment will be refunded to the gift card first until the full balance is restored. Any remaining refund amount will then be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
To request an exchange, contact us at customerservice@bykellyandkate.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@bykellyandkate.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
